A Festive HNT

I was at my friend's house on the 4th (the friend with the blind, eyeless dog) and for fun we decided to dye her dogs blue and red. They were very pleased with how snazzy they looked. Well, except for the blind dog - but she did enjoy the extra attention.

I just flew in from Texas today and my arms are soooo tired.

    Chickie. You seem like so much fun for both dogs and people. I bet the pink dog is going to remember you for ever.

    BTW: This is a great HNT photograph. The colored dogs make it way more interesting than anything else I've seen.

    That poor sweet blind eyeless dog..I'm glad she got some extra attention...She deserves to be loved a lot! And the other one is a sweetheart, too!

    Sometimes when Carmen looks at me with those big round eyes seeing every wrong thing I do, I wish she didn't have any eyes either. But then, on the other hand, she would miss your HNT photos. I don't think she could take that.
