Oh, Phooey!

I just found out that Tiny dog has been pissing on the small rug by the front door. I washed it but I don't know if it will look nice when it dries.

The air conditioner seems to be broken. Sweety's not home yet and I REALLY hate that I'm the person that discovered it. Because with his way of thinking, that means that I broke it. Shit. Shit. Shit.

Thank you, Mighty Conditioned Air Gods, for bestowing your mercy upon us and only cursing us with a tripped breaker and NOT a broken system! We will all bask in your ultimate coolness and sing your praises now that the problem has been fixed. We promise to do a better job of not taking you for granted and not just during the hottest days of summer but EVERY day! Amen.

I hate it when that happens.

Last Saturday, I was driving our Armada (aka the TANK), and I turned into a parking spot at Target. I sort of hit the cart-return thingy and made a HUGE ASS dent in the front bumper. SO, I was all pissed at myself through Target, and finally decided that the BEST idea would be to tell him that some STUPID KIDS backed their RED CAR (there was red paint on the bumper)into the Armada.

And he bought it. And then I started shaking so bad from guilt..I ended up telling him the truth. And of course I got the lecture about "telling the truth in the first place"...la la la....

Well dang it...home come I always get blamed for stuff. Just cause I DO it most of the time means nothing!! LOL

how come, not HOME COME! Lord

That was a real problem when I was a nanny/housekeeper. If the vacuum cleaner broke, I broke it. Never mind that I was the only one who ever used it.

Bex - Heh, you are still so shaken with guilt that it's hard to spell :)

Anne Arkham - I've had some things quit on me and I've put it up, waiting for Sweety to discover it so I can say that he broke it.

Bless All Air Conditioners That Work!
What is with Tiny Dog??? Peeing on that rug? Poor little darling girl...Can't wait till she gets outside?

I agree with Mike. Tiny is probably just voicing her concern over your [possibly distasteful] interior decorating choices. Maybe you should taking her to Target and let her pick a rug more to her liking?

A broken AC huh, I am sure you got the warm and fuzzies thinking of how much fun and delight we had right after Charlie, Frances and Ivan came to visit. And soon; those days will be upon us again. Honey, I can't wait.

A tripped circuit breaker could be a sign of things to come. The AC could still be pissed off.

And speaking of piss, what are you going to do about Tiny? Do they have a no-piss spray that you can use? Once dogs start doing things like that they usually don't like to stop.

OOLOTH - I think she prefers peeing inside with the air conditioner instead of outside in the hot. Spoilt dog.

Mike - Sweety is so good at blaming the messenger that sometimes I admit to shit that I didn't do.

Tiny doesn't have a sense of style! She'll wear a damn lemon on her head.

Bekah - Or maybe she loves the rug so much that she wants to make sure it's hers?

Joey Polanski - Hey, I never thought of it that way! I'm gonna make a list every day with the things that aren't broken on it.

Titus - I did have Charlie flashbacks as I sweated in the house til Sweety came home and found the problem.

MCB - Agh, hush about the AC being pissed off! It might hear you :) I think it was just soooo overjoyed at all the use it's been getting that it tripped the breaker. I'm sure it is a lone occurrence. I hope...

I'm just gonna keep a tighter eye on Tiny so I can toss her outside before she pees on the rug.

PRAISE BE TO THE A/C GODS!!!
Memorial Day weekend is not the time to piss them off.

Michael - I don't think there's ever a good time to piss them off. I went out and petted the a/c unit today to make it happy.

MollyNormal - Unfortunately, the Chi-town trip won't be happening. For what it's worth, I'm not happy about it. Hey, my pool is ready if you wanna come down for a swim!
