Not Much Here

I swear, I had a really fantastic idea for a great, witty, amazing post. It was all written out in my head on my way home and now it is gone. I wonder where it went? Probably off in the back corner of my mind dry-humping one of my bad ideas.

Ended up taking my laptop back to the store on Saturday. They said it would be ready in about 2.5 weeks. While I was there, I heard the tech tell someone that a computer would be ready in 1 to 2 hours but when he was questioned about it again minutes later, said it would be 5 to 6 hours. Since their sense of time is so skewed, I figure it'll be closer to a month before mine is ready.

I'm discovering that I like New Blogger! What a surprise. My favorite thing is that it tells you what posts comments are left on so you can go dispose of spam much more efficiently.

This was just begging to be shared...

That picture reminds me -- when I worked as a teacher's aid to a science teacher she had an incubator and we hatched out a bunch of baby ducklings. There were some that weren't hatched yet, and the kindergardeners came to visit the classroom and the one kid flipped the shit out and started crying, and his teacher asked what was wrong and he wails, "I TOLD MY MOM WE SHOULDN'T HAVE COOKED THOSE EGGS! I TOLD HER!!"

Poor guy. It was pretty hilarious, though, and then trying to explain fertilization of eggs to a five year old? Impossible.

I hope you get your laptop back within a month. I know how you love it.

I would die without my laptop. My old crappy Dell was good, but the new tablet is GREAT. They will take it from me when they pry it from my cold dead fingers.

The picture just about caused me to shoot energy drink out of my nose.
Damn that was funny

"Dry-humping one of my bad ideas.." Classic. Just freaking classic.

If that was indeed the case, there could be an entire bad idea dry-humping orgy going on in my head.

It's amazing I still eat eggs after being served a "fresh farm egg" as a child. It had a (gkk) beak in it.

Bekah - You know that kid still doesn't eat eggs. I miss the laptop horribly. It's much more fun to surf the internet from the comfort of my bed.

Thomas - I am not responsible for any personal injuries incurred while reading this site. Just so you know.

Joey Polanski - The category thing is cool. I won't use it much except for the hnt's though. Your comments section was still a nice art - even with the anonymouses!

The Phosgene Kid - Heh, I call them chicken abortions too.

Mike - I guess if you've got to have something going on in your head that a dry-humping orgy isn't the worst thing.

Cissy Strutt - Ick-ick-ick! Another reason to not eat eggs!

Patti_Cake - It took several hours before New Blogger was working for me. Until then, whenever I tried to log on it told me that I didn't exist.

Bonanza Jellybean - I love it!
