Any of ya'll remember Bad Girl and her blog "Diary of an Affair"? Well, I happened to still have the link to that on my AOL favs list and accidentally clicked on it this morning and instead of getting the message saying that the site was unavailable got a porn site.
Mental note to self: Even if I stop blogging keep my blog open so nobody else can have my little blog address. Check.
And with visions of sugarplums dancing in my head - I am off to bed.

Yes, I discovered the same a few weeks ago-much to my chagrin.
To make matters worse, I didn't change my yahoo profile, so it still listed my old blog address. I was chatting with someone not too long ago when they started turning the conversation really sexual. Nad I mean-hey, I am all for sex and sexual conversation-but not with creepy internet strangers. So, when I got a little snippy with him, he says
"What's wrong? you're the one that runs a porn blog"
whoops.
Now I see the error of my ways. Should've left the blog up.

My first thought was "Gee, BG really decided to come out of the closet." And then I realized what had happened.
Don't you know the guy you were talking to was all put out when he realized he wasn't speaking to the webmistress that he thought he was? Funny.
Maybe you should change your name to something like Not that Bad of a Girl.

I'm keeping my URL forever, even if I do nothing but park it. But we plan to keep blogging for a long time too.
It made me decide to keep my blog address even if I do fold it up at some point.
