*wheeze* *wheeze*

I went to the gym today for the first time in a month of Sundays. Damn, I am horribly out of shape. I thought I was going to have a stroke while exercising but I stayed through the whole session. On tonight's to-do list is getting a sports bra so my titties don't fall asleep from all the smacking around tomorrow.

I've finally figured what attitude to arm myself with before exercise: fury. I hate going to the gym; I hate exercising; I hate freaking sweating. But it doesn't matter if I'm happy at the gym or pissed off because the results will be the same. So tomorrow morning, I'll get up pissed off because I have to go exercise. Then I'll be glad when it's done.

And here I am at home and people are here working on our pool. I'm so happy that they're here doing something that I don't care that they have their radio cranked up loud enough to make the pictures on the walls move.

I need a nap.

I think you'll appreciate this (plus you may like the bra!)

Go here

and do the demo

Seems like a good idea, right?

forget the bra. use duct tape.

Mike - Yeah, and if you wear one on your head you can stay awake longer.

Bad Girl - Cool beans. I'm hitting Victoria's Secret tomorrow to check them out!

Bo Snagley - I'll try that if VS doesn't have those bras. Does it matter if it's silver duct tape or the camoflauge kind?

I personaly prefer the silver type. but dependent upon what sort of shorts or tights you wear you may want to try the camo kind. remember lets be color coordinating.

Bo Snagley - If it comes to the tape then I'll do my best to match.

Honey just started back at the gym too. She's taking a Pilates class three days a week. She can barely walk when she gets home. Sadly I can still remember the days when she could barely walk after one of our work-out sessions;)

OOLOTH - I just finished my second fury-fueled exercise session! And I loathed every second of it but at least it's done for the day.

You're welcome, I don't see why people have to be so rude.

Michael - I feel kinda like I've been beaten with a rubber hose today. My incentive to lose weight is so I can get back to the same kind of "work-out" sessions that me & Sweety have had in the past and not feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack when we're done.

I'm way overdue myself.... I'm just a big pile o' flab right now

Chickie said...

L - Isn't it crappy how turning into a flab pile can just kinda sneak up on you?

I exercise every day and it does get better/easier once you get used to it. And hats off to you for starting/resuming. Self discipline is the hardest thing.

MCB - Self discipline has always come hard to me. Hopefully, I'll stay on track with this!
