Where Are You Trying To Go, Tiny Dog?

Destruction Caught
Doesn't she look sorry? How could I possibly be angry with such a contrite looking little doggy? When I opened the door she knew she was in trouble. That is a freaking HOLE that she is trying to dig in the bathroom wall. I don't know if she's trying to tunnel out or what. I kept hearing this odd sound last night and I thought it was Stinky trying to get situated before sleep or gargoyles on the roof. Finally I went into the bathroom and this is what greeted me. Tiny even had drywall on her face. It was like catching a kid in the cooky jar. She slept in her cage last night.

I'm kind enough to buy her neato toys like this:
New Toys
And I get repaid with destruction to my personal property. I may have to reevaluate my relationship with Oy.

Last night I learned that my Mom started having hot flashes when she was 35. That is only 6 years away. I'd thought I might possibly bear a child around that time. Just a teensy possibility. I guess if all my eggs dry up before I get around to it then it's a sign. I told a friend last night that I can't believe how close 35 seems and how far away 25 was. If it comes down to it I can always push the dogs around in a baby buggy.

Awww. She does look like she knows she messed up. Don't ya hate that? When you're all good and mad, and they're just too damn cute for you to keep it going!

Last night was the first time that I've put her in her cage to sleep and she didn't bark to come out. I guess she knew that she was getting off lightly and to just take her lumps.

That's what makes dogs so great -- they can fuck up over and over and we'll still find it possible to forgive them.

Does she like the taste or what? If I had a dog and it started eating parts of my house it would soon be an ex. I'm a "dog person" but I'm also a "house person" too.

bekah - I'm forgiving but not forgetting. She's going to get re-introduced to sleeping in her crate.

mcb - I think she does like the taste. Sweety fixed the hole and I found her licking up sheetrock residue. She looked like a cokehead with the white powder all over her snout.

Prinny's into licking the paint right off the walls, too, but I'm not sure if it's because she likes the taste or she's just so crazy she can't help herself. I'm just thankful it's not lead based paint.

How precious! They both look so innocent! LOL

bekah - I'm thinking of putting some hot sauce in the paint and putting that on the spot. There's only 1 spot she seems to like.

chuck - I used to think it was just Tiny dog who was a minion of Satan but I think Stinky's taking a walk on the other side now.

You shouldn't have let her watch The Shawshank Redemption.

anne arkham - I can't believe that she's trying to escape. After all I do for her? I think she has an addiction. Rapid detox may be her only hope.

You should get some of this:
http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441775320&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302023689&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302033167&bmUID=1124760189187

Spray it in Tiny dog's mouth and watch her foam and freak out, then wherever you spray it, she probably won't even lick it because the smell alone will remind her of the taste without having to lick it. (Also, it doesn't stain so you can use it on anything -- from shoes to walls to other dog's butts).
