bec - How can you live in TX and not like cornbread? Isn't that a crime?
Chickie, I wholeheartedly agree with you.
joe fuel - When I run for LOW (Leader of the World), do you want to be the Vice LOW?

zube girl - I could live on the stuff.
analglyph - You have excellent taste!
I spent a coupla weeks in New Orleans about ten years back and one of the many things I loved about it was the food. I can cook a pretty mean jambalaya now, and my cornbread is, if I may say, pretty special. My tip for a great breakfast treat - make cornbread as you usually would, but add some finely chopped hot chillis (not too much, just enough for 'warmth' as opposed to 'burn'). Now, leave it a day, and then cut it and toast it. Eat buttered with organic honey, and a cup of tea.Mmmmmmm.
analgyph - I am so going to try your cornbread recipe. That sounds delicious!
