Greetings From Texas

Did you happen to see the doctored up photo that JediMacFan left in the comments section of this post? Well, go see. I'll wait while you do. BigBrother(12) saw it and said that now that he knows what he'd look like bald that he won't be shaving his head anytime soon.

I'm still in Texas and Sweety and the boys went home to Florida yesterday. I'll be going back this coming Sunday. It's been a pretty nice visit so far but I'm getting ready to be at home again.

At my Mom's house in Oklahoma it had rained about 30 of the previous 40 days before we arrived and all of this water meant that the septic system at her house was broken. This meant that she had a port-o-potty under the shade tree in the front yard for our comfort. Every time I went in there, I was afraid that someone was going to come and tump it over on its side.

It was great getting to see my Mom and Stepdad. My Mom is always working herself into the ground and she took a week off while we were there. I know that that was good for her. (even if she was busy finding things for us to eat in her spare time. god bless homegrown corn!)

Over about the past 24 hours I've come to the conclusion that I'm a really crummy wife and seeing how crummy is making me feel pretty guilty. I've gotten too comfortable with Sweety and have been taking him for granted a lot lately. A friend was talking about things that her husband does that is wrecking their marriage and about how she's just biding time til she leaves him and I realized that everything she was complaining about were things that Sweety could say about me. I'm going to exert some effort into being a better spouse with a quickness. Hopefully, he won't decide during this week that I'm gone that I can just stay gone and change all of the locks on me.

Have you ever gotten one of those tans that are hand sprayed on with a paint sprayer type thing? If you haven't, heed my warning and just say no. I'm looking like a rotten nectarine (Bee-you-tee-ful!) and am thinking of getting some sandpaper to rub off my top layer of skin.

I'm at a friend's house tonight and had the damnedest time getting signed online. To make a long story short - AOL sucks herpe infested donkey balls and it is useless to me.

And with that lovely mental image in my noggin, I'm going to fold my laundry and go to sleep.

"herpe infested donkey balls..." LOL, LOL, LOL...A Great One, Chickie...! You come up with the greatest expressions...there should be a special booklet (with illustrations) of Chickie's Favorite Descriptive Sayings...!
Don't you think that's a great idea?
Glad you are having a good time, my dear....Those doggies must miss you like crazy...! How did they ever stand it without anyone there...?

AOL is to dial up internet what a tin can and string were to a telephone.

Glad you are having a good time and could you please send some of the rain up this way?

I am sure Sweety isn't going to change the locks on you LOL

I have toyed with the idea of spray on tan. Now, not so much!

Off to find that doctored photo!

Have fun in TX!

I think you must be hard on yourself and highly doubt you neglect your sweety. Go easy on yourself gurl!

Oh, I can think of a few ways that Sweety is not neglected at all. He's a lucky man!

I agree with Amy and I'm sure Sweetie would too. He always looks *satisfied* in every pic you post of him. The boys look happy and so do you. You're just lonely and horny. Once you get home and have a little honeymoon, everything is going to be just fine. And as far as sandpapering the tan off ... sex from all positions works just as well and less painful!

AOL is so 90's. Broadband (cable or DSL) is the way to go nowadays. Some sites barely wok over dial-up.

I don't think Sweety is that neglected either. Remember, for guys, sex is the cure for everything.

I just want to say, while it has been fun to be alone for the first time in the last 13 years, it will be nice to be able to talk to a person rather than these two dogs. I bought "stinky" and "tiny" McDonlds french fries tonight. I need to build "tiny" back to her fighting weight before her "momma" gets home.

Sweety - I'm ready to see you too. For real.

It has rained almost 6 out of every 7 days since June here in Texas.
It is still raining.
The most sunshine I saw all summer was in Oklahoma.

I hate rain.

In response to: "I'm at a friend's house tonight and had the damnedest time getting signed online. To make a long story short - AOL sucks herpe infested donkey balls and it is useless to me."...

I actually like AOL a lot, but there are some things missing. For example, when I try to press the "unsend" button, it always says that you can't recall the email that you sent if the other person has already read it. Many times, the person has not read it. Plus, it would be nice to take it back even if they had.
So I got a second email account and I love it. I still love AOL, but now I can everything I want when it comes to email.
My new email provider is called BigString (http://www.bigstring.com), the new free webmail program. It offers revolutionary features. When you send mail from your BigString free email account, you are protected. BigString is like an automatic shredder for your email. You can self-destruct or change an email that's already been sent or read. Don't leave your messages sitting in peoples' inbox forever. BigString also offers fun features like video email.
Try it! Enjoy :)
